I am a bit of an old-fashioned person, but I find that making my own salad
dressing is far more satisfying than using anything that comes in a bottle.
The basic balsamic vinaigrette that my parents used to make is still my go-to dressing.
It only takes thirty seconds to make, and it keeps the salad light.
On the other hand, my perspective is irrelevant since, according to the most recent statistics that Kraft has shared with The Takeout,
these dressings that are more substantial and creamy are exactly what the majority of people in the United States like.
The use of ranch dressing on a salad is something that I personally do not approve of.
